Garlic and ginger sticky tofu with noodles

Noodles are always a super quick dish and can be so healthy. I pretty much always crave noodles. So I made this!

If you want super tasty tofu, always remember to marinade it for as long as possible. I marinaded mine for around 10 hours.



  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 block Tofu – diced


  • Plain noodles ( I used Tesco plain noodles)
  • Bamboo shoots
  • Pak Choi
  • Mangetout 
  • Tenderstem broccoli 
  • Chilli’s 
  • Spring onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce

Bake the tofu in the oven for around half an hour at 180 degrees or until nice and crispy. 
In a pan, add the Tenderstem Broccoli, Pak Choi and Mangetout to the wok for around 5 mins.
Add the plain noodles and cook for a further 5 minutes. 

Add the tofu to the wok and I added some of the marinade along with a couple of glugs of soy sauce to coat the noodles well.

Mix well and serve! I garnished mine with fresh chills, sesame seeds and spring onions.
